About the Chevrolet TrailBlazer

The Chevrolet Trailblazer is an SUV that was introduced in 2000 as a replacement for the Blazer. It was built on a newly developed GMT360 chassis and was designed to be comfortable while still being able to handle off-road tracks.

The Trailblazer was available in a short or long wheelbase and could seat up to seven passengers. In 2005, Chevrolet introduced the Trailblazer SS, which had a Corvette engine and body-on-frame construction.

The second generation of the Trailblazer was introduced in 2012 by Chevrolet and was based on a modified GMT31XX chassis. It was mainly sold outside the U.S. and was a mix between a crossover and an SUV.

The Trailblazer is discontinued in the U.S. but is still sold in other countries as a crossover.
