At US Auto Glass, we believe in transparency and ensuring that our customers clearly understand their rights and responsibilities when using our services.

We value your trust and strive to provide a straightforward approach to our terms and conditions.

To prioritize transparency, we have placed the most important points at the top of this document, ensuring that key information is readily accessible and not hidden away.

Please read through the rest of the terms carefully to familiarize yourself with the guidelines and agreements governing your use of our services.

Booking

We will run a parts check on all new bookings: inputting your vehicle's registration number (or VIN number in the case of foreign-registered vehicles and/or imports) into a database allows for a comprehensive examination of its manufacturing details, including its make, model, year of production, and unique features.

This process ensures that the identified auto glass or windshield corresponds precisely to the original manufacturer's specifications, guaranteeing a proper fit and optimal performance for the vehicle.

If you have a different request, you are obliged to inform us about it beforehand.

An example could be that your current back window is clear, but you want us to install a new one with privacy tint.

Price Difference

If you mistakenly selected an incorrect glass during the booking process, and it does not align with the parts check, we will provide you with a payment link for the price difference.

This payment must be settled in advance before the replacement can be scheduled.

Similarly, suppose you have paid for features in your selected glass that you do not require. In that case, we will issue a refund after the replacement has been completed, adjusting the price accordingly.

We aim to ensure fair and accurate pricing based on the specific glass requirements, providing you with a transparent and satisfactory experience.

Travel Fee

Despite our nationwide coverage, please be aware that for some regions, a travel fee may be applicable when our technician is required to travel a long distance to accommodate your booking.

We try to provide upfront information regarding this fee on our website.

Preferred Replacement Date

We understand the importance of accommodating your preferred booking date whenever possible. If the required glass is available at the nearest warehouse, we can schedule your replacement on the desired day.

However, if the glass is not immediately accessible, we will promptly offer you an alternative date.

Glass Availability and Price

We maintain a comprehensive database of over 10,000 auto windows. However, there may be instances where our system displays incorrect availability due to reliance on our suppliers' stock information.

Similarly, it's important to note that the price of new glass can fluctuate, and updates may not be immediate.

Rest assured, we always manually verify the inventory and pricing before sending quotes to our customers.

Glass Quality

The online prices listed on our website are for OEM / OEE quality glass and do not include OE glass (with the car manufacturer's logo).

Payment

When you make an online booking with us, the payment amount is initially reserved on your card.

The actual withdrawal of funds will occur upon job completion, typically within 1-3 days after the booking.

However, for replacements scheduled more than 7 days in advance, the payment will be automatically processed after 6 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes from the time of booking.

Cancellation

When we cancel an order, the amount will usually be released within 24 hours.

Depending on your financial provider, it may take a few more days.

Note that it will not show on your statement, as the amount was never withdrawn in the first place.

Refund

By default, we state that it can take up to 10+ days, to appear on your statement. Refunding a withdrawn amount usually takes only a few bank days.

With 10+ days, we take into account that some debit cards can be used on the internet, and the refund process for these takes longer than regular credit cards.

Complaint Terms and Conditions

US Auto Glass values our customers' feedback and takes complaints seriously. We strive to provide the best service possible, but in the event that you have a complaint, please review the following terms and conditions:

Reporting a Complaint

When you raise a complaint regarding our service, we will promptly schedule an appointment to assess and rectify the issue. To assist us in evaluating the problem, we may request that you provide a picture of the fault.

Liability Assessment

While we make every effort to prevent errors, if an inspection reveals the fault is not attributable to US Auto Glass, the following charges will apply:

• You will be invoiced for any traveling expenses incurred.
• An inconvenience fee of $70 will be applicable.

On-Site Repairs

We will arrange to arrive at the location and address where the initial replacement occurred. However, please note that this is not an absolute right, and in some cases, we may request that the vehicle be brought to the nearest workshop for inspection or repair:

Warranty Reminder

To uphold the validity of your warranty with US Auto Glass, please avoid seeking help from external service providers or workshops for glass-related issues covered by our 2-year warranty.

Instead, contact us directly when you experience problems like leaks, wind noise, loose components, or any other issues related to our service following a replacement.

Involving third parties before consulting with us first could result in the invalidation of your warranty.

Windshield Faults

• Faulty Windshield: If your windshield is determined to be faulty, we will replace it.
• Detached Mirror Base: If the rear-view mirror base has fallen off, we will properly reattach it.

Leaky Windshield:

For issues with a leaky windshield, we will re-glue the windshield or take necessary measures to effectively seal the leaking area.

Limitations:

Please note that we do not offer a warranty when installing a windshield on corroded metal. Corrosion on the frame prevents optimal bonding of the sealant, increasing the risk of potential leaks due to ongoing corrosion.

Defective Moldings and Clips:

If you have new moldings and/or clips that are not correctly fitted, we will rectify the installation to ensure proper functionality.

Windshield Wiper Problems:

We will address the issue and ensure proper installation in the event of incorrectly installed windshield wipers.

Rain Sensor and Other Equipment:

If any equipment, such as a rain sensor, malfunctions after installation, we will correct and adjust it for any errors encountered.

Calibration and Adjustment:

By default, our mobile windshield replacement service does not include calibration of equipment such as head-up displays, lane assist, brake assist, and the like.

When advanced calibration is needed (as per the manufacturer's recommendations) to ensure the proper functioning of all ADAS safety features, we may request that you visit a workshop to perform the calibration when on-site calibration is not possible.

Extra Equipment:

Any additional equipment not standard in the windshield, such as a driving instructor mirror, is not covered by the warranty.

The customer is responsible for relocating and reinstalling such equipment after the replacement.

While we can offer assistance, we do not assume responsibility for non-standard equipment.

Car Cleaning:

While we will clean up after ourselves and perform a rough vacuum of the car specifically for glass and glue residue associated with the replacement, general cleaning of the vehicle following a replacement remains the customer's responsibility.

Terms of Use

These "Terms of Use" are entered into by and between User and US Auto Glass LLC and related and affiliated entities. The following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other general privacy documents (collectively, these "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of the website that post a link to these Terms of Service: www.us-autoglass.com, applications, or other services US Auto Glass LLC offers where these Terms of Use are posted, including any content, features, functionality, and services provided on or through the same, that US Auto Glass LLC makes available to you (collectively, the "Services"), whether as a guest or a registered user and regardless of how you access or use it, whether via computer, mobile device or otherwise.

All information that you provide or that US Auto Glass LLC collects through your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy on our website. By using the Services, you consent to all actions we take concerning your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Accessing and Using the Services

US Auto Glass LLC reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Services, including any content, information, or other materials US Auto Glass LLC provides through or in connection with the Services at our sole discretion without notice. US Auto Glass LLC will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Services or Service Content is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, US Auto Glass LLC may restrict access to some or all parts of the Services or Service Content.

To access the Services, you may be asked to create an account by providing specific registration details or other information. Regardless of whether you register with us or use the Services as a guest, it is a condition of your use of the Services that all the information you provide on the Services is correct, current, and complete.

Suppose you choose or are provided with a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures. In that case, you must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any other person or entity. User also acknowledges that your account is personal to you and agrees not to provide any other person with access to the Services or portions of it using your username, password, or additional security information. Mobile Device Access

To the extent you access the Services through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain mobile services or applications may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all mobile services or applications may work with all carriers or devices. If you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to update your US Auto Glass LLC account information promptly.

Intellectual Property

The Services and Service Content and all rights therein are owned by US Auto Glass LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material. The United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws protect them.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, US Auto Glass LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license in the United States to access and use the Services and Service Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or any Service Content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by US Auto Glass LLC and its licensors. Any use of the Services and Service Content not explicitly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Trademarks

The US Auto Glass LLC and US Auto Glass LLC AutoGlass, names and the respective logos and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of US Auto Glass LLC and its affiliate companies are trademarks of US Auto Glass LLC, its affiliate companies or its licensors. Users must not use such marks without the prior written permission of US Auto Glass LLC. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Discount Codes

At its discretion, US Auto Glass LLC may provide codes from time to time that allows you to use the Services without or with a reduced payment ("Discount Codes"). Users agree that Discount Codes are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties. Without limiting the previous, you agree not to post Discount Codes on websites or share them with the public. Discount Codes have no cash value and may expire before your use. US Auto Glass LLC reserves the right to disable or change the value of a Discount Code that has been issued at any time and for any reason.

Fees and Payment; No Refunds

US Auto Glass LLC offers several different purchase options for the Services. Users may pay for the Services by credit card. User represents and warrants to US Auto Glass LLC that any payment information you provide to US Auto Glass LLC is true and correct and that you are authorized to use such a payment account. Users agree to promptly update their account information with any changes that may be necessary (for example, a change in their billing address or credit card expiration date).

Fees paid by you are non-refundable. However, from time to time and in our sole discretion, US Auto Glass LLC may provide you with a one-time refund, discount, or other consideration ("credit"). The provision of credit to you in one instance does not entitle you to a distinction in the future for a similar example, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future under any circumstance. If you have a question about our refund policy, contact US Auto Glass LLC. (See Notices to Us and Your Comments and Concerns below in Section 28)

Cancellations. In the case of prepaid services booked through the website, a cancellation fee, plus applicable taxes, may be charged if the Service is canceled in full. User Will be refunded your original payment amount minus the cancellation fee. Any partial cancellation of prepaid services will be refunded to your credit card after the remaining Service has been performed.

Users may reschedule the Service at any time without incurring any cancellation fee.

User Conduct

Users may use the Services and Service Content only for lawful purposes and following these Terms of Use. User agrees not to use the Services or Service Content:

• In any approach that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, while not limited, any laws relating to the export of information or software to and from the USA or different countries).
• To exploit, damage, or attempt to take advantage of or harm minors in any approach by exposing them to inappropriate content, soliciting in-person identifiable data, or otherwise.
• To engage in the other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services or Service Content, or which, as determined by the USA, might damage USA automotive vehicle Glass LLC or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
• Use the Services in any manner that would disable, overburden, damage, or impair the website or interfere with the other party's use of the Services and their ability to interact in real-time activities through the Services.
• Use any mechanism, spider, or different automatic device, method, or suggestion to access the Services for any purpose, as well as observance or repetition of any Service Content.
• Use any manual method to observe or copy any Service Content or for the other unauthorized purpose while not our previous written consent.

• To transmit or procure the causation of any advertising or publicity, as well as any "spam mail," "chain letter," or other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or decide to copy USA automotive vehicle Glass LLC, a USA automotive vehicle Glass LLC worker, another user, or the other person or entity (including, but not limited to, by victimization email addresses or screen names related to any of the previous).
• Otherwise, decide to interfere with the correct operation of the Services.

User Contributions

US Auto Glass LLC may, in its sole discretion, permit you from time to time to post, submit, publish, display or transmit (from now on, "submit") to US Auto Glass LLC through the Services content or materials, including, without limitation, feedback related to the Services.

Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution on the Services, you grant us and our affiliates, business partners, and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose, without further notice to or consent from you, and without payment to you or any person or entity.

User represents and warrants that:

• Users either own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions or have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates, business partners, service providers, and each of their and our respective licenses.
• User Contributions will not contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable or otherwise violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations;

Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

Indemnification and Release

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless US Auto Glass LLC and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." Any cause of action or claim you may have to arise from or to relate to these terms of use or the services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
